Domestic Shipping & Charges

Andeestea delivers to almost every location/pin code in India. We offer Express shipping (2-4 business days via Bluedart/Delhivery/DTDC/Fedex and other shipping partners) depending on the pincode. On some  pincodes it might take a bit longer.

Andeestea offers free Express shipping for all orders above a Rs. 498. Below that we charge Rs. 50 flat.
 

International Shipping & Charges

Andeestea ships to 25+ countries (almost all major countries) in the world. We offer Express (via DHL & Fedex & similar partners) & EMS (3-5 weeks via Government post) shipping options depending on the country. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. 
 

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day.

Cancellations

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfilment center. 

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we aim to resolve it amicably and efficiently. Disputes arising from transactions with Andeestea.com are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
